Fabrication & Services
Each piece is handcrafted in Paris using traditional lost-wax casting and stone-setting techniques. We work as much as possible with recycled, certified and sustainable materials and collaborating with local artisans throughout the manufacturing process.
We produce on a commission basis in order to limit stocks, avoid unsaleables and thus be part of a more responsible approach that values every stage of the work.
Please allow an average of 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
We also offer a range of services for sizing, polishing, restoring and personalizing your jewelry.
If you have purchased a ring and would like it resized, we can provide you with a resize for 35€ excluding shipping costs.
Please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Polishing and Cleaning
If your jewelry needs polishing, we provide this service for 35€ excluding shipping. If your jewelry simply needs a thorough cleaning, we will be delighted to provide this service free of charge. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Gold plating and repairs
We also offer rhodium plating or 18 ct gold plating (5 microns) on 925 sterling silver. Please note that gold plating on rings is not recommended, as it is not long-lasting. If your jewel is damaged, we also provide small reparations according to each piece. Please contact us by email at email@example.com for a quotation.
If you would like to personalize an existing piece of jewelry on our site, this is possible and we will be delighted to provide you with a quotation. This can include, but is not limited to: creating solid gold pieces, engraving initials or a motif, modifying chain lengths, choosing different gemstones, modifying resin colors or even gold-plating pendants or earrings. Turnaround time for these requests will take an average of 2 to 4 weeks longer, depending on the product. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation.
/ ! IMPORTANT / !
Your request will not be approved if it requires a design change in the wax mold as this becomes a new commissioned piece. Please refer to the Commissions page for more information.
