Shippings & Returns



Following your purchase on our website, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours to confirm that your order has been processed.

Please allow an average of 3 to 6 weeks for your jewelry to be manufactured and shipped. All orders are to be received with signature.


Delivery prices

- France: €7.5

- Europe: €15 (excluding customs duties)

- Outside Europe Standard (between 7 and 10 days): 35€ (excluding customs duties)

- Outside Europe Express (between 1 and 5 days): 50€ (excluding customs duties)

Shipping costs are separated and added at checkout. The price of delivery depends on the delivery option and the type and weight of the product ordered.


France & Europe

All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after your jewelry has been created. You will receive tracking details by e-mail when your order is shipped.


Outside Europe

For all orders outside Europe, there will be the option to choose standard or express delivery. All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after your jewelry has been created. You will receive tracking details by e-mail when your order is dispatched.

Please note that orders may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and we are unfortunately unable to estimate the amount of these taxes. As a French company, LOKIDOLOR cannot offer any assistance in this process and has no authority or influence over the charges payable to the recipient (you). For further information, please contact your local customs office.


Exchanges and returns

As we are a very small company and each item is created by hand on a made-to-order basis, we cannot guarantee you any exchange or a refund for any item purchased on the website.

However, if you wish to make a complaint, simply send us an e-mail to contact@lokidolor.com specifying your order number and we will examine your request and try to find a solution together.

(Exceptionally, if a ring is not the correct size, we will return it to you adjusted as soon as possible, return shipping costs will be at your expense).


Defective item

If you receive a piece that you believe to be damaged or defective, we ask that you send an e-mail to contact@lokidolor.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, including your name, proof of purchase, a description of the problem and photos of the item. A free repair or replacement will be offered if we believe there has been a manufacturing defect. In this case, LOKIDOLOR will cover all return shipping costs.

Please note that general wearing or poor treatment of the item by the customer will not be taken into account for the defective return policy.


Discount and gift cards

Discount vouchers and gift cards are only valid for the online store. Gift cards will be packaged and delivered with a unique code written on each card. These codes cannot be used for custom-made pieces or exchanged for a cash value.
